Every organization or situation can’t be improved. But most can. And that’s where I come in. In my consulting work, I use participatory, user-centered design, and continuous improvement methods to help leaders and teams design and create organizational conditions that affirm Black people. I also offer leadership and personal coaching on a limited basis. My focus is on helping people create and sustain organizations and communities that ensure Black people’s self-determined well-being, development, and positive life outcomes.
